Terms and Conditions for 2 Year Extended Warranty

  1. Coverage

    • This extended warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions only.
    • It does not cover:
      • Light bulbs.
      • Physical damages caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.
      • Damage caused by the fixture falling or improper installation.
      • Water damage, electrical surges, or lightning strikes.

  2. Warranty Period

    • The extended warranty is valid for 2 years, starting from the date the payment for the product is made.

  3. Replacement or Repair

    • Under the terms of this warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion if a covered issue arises within the warranty period.

  4. Shipping Costs

    • The initial shipping cost for sending the item for warranty inspection will be covered by us.
    • If, after inspection, the damage is determined to be caused by a non-covered event, the following applies:
      • The initial shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
      • The customer will also be responsible for return shipping costs if they wish to have the product sent back.

  5. Exclusions

    • The warranty does not cover:
      • Normal wear and tear.
      • Maintenance or cleaning.
      • Products used in a manner inconsistent with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

  6. Non-Refundable Warranty Fee

    • The cost of the extended warranty is non-refundable, even if the product is returned or refunded.

  7. Claim Process

    • To file a claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
    • Claims must be made within the warranty period.

  8. Additional Conditions

    • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
    • The warranty is void if the product has been tampered with, repaired by an unauthorized party, or used improperly.
