Wondered if the light would be bright enough, and it totally is. Perfect for winding down at night. It gives off a much more sophisticated vibe than my old clip-on lamp. Definitely an upgrade.
I tried to take a decent picture of my things using this lamp for my Instagram. Realized it doesn't cast any weird shadows on the wall, which is a plus. Just a nice, even glow. Lighting is everything, and this lamp definitely helps.
My initial concern was whether it would provide enough light for reading in bed. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it casts a perfect pool of light without being too bright or glaring. I can comfortably read a book without straining my eyes, and my partner isn't disturbed by a spotlight shining on his side of the bed.
This is now inside my bathroom for when I'm doing my skin care. It creates a nice ambiance.
